Family Room Update
To give this room an updated look, the walls were painted neutral gray with accents of Blue. White sofas and blue leather recliners created a warm and elegant look. Before on left side and After on right side

Kitchen Renovation
By opening up the wall to the Dining Room, this renovated Kitchen area on the right side was doubled in size and given a brand new look. White cabinetry with a dark brown Island complimented the quartz countertops and decorative pendant lights. “Wow it does not even look like the same house!” said our client, Michele from The Sanctuary.
Living Room Update
The cast stone fireplace was replaced with a contemporary linear fireplace set into a wall on the right side. New furnishings completed the total new look. Our BallenIsles homeowner boasts, “Wow! this room came out beyond our expectations! We love it!
Condo Kitchen Renovation
This Kitchen update on the right side included opening up the wall in the Living Room to allow more space for entertaining. A dark island counter divided the space with room for three counter stools. The white cabinetry was accented by a blue/green granite that drew in the ocean front atmosphere.
Grand Foyer Renovation
This home suffered a fire which destroyed the integrity of the entire home. Each room was completely rebuilt. The After photo on the right shows the groin vaulted ceiling with custom faux painted and artistic stencil designs throughout the ceiling, niches, and entry columns which added to the visual appeal.
Living Room Update
Eileen wanted a more modern look to her home. The updated look on the right side shows white track arm sofas with red accent chairs which opened up the living space for easy entertaining. “Dawn respected my style and my desire to keep some of my treasures while updating and coordinating the entire house.” says Eileen
Great Room Update
The client’s goal was to lighten his home in color and style. The great room transformed from a tropical look to a modern feel with beige tones with blue accents.
Dining Room Renovation
The three-tier ceiling was accented on each level with stencil designs and faux painting on the right picture. An eight-foot round table with upholstered chairs added to the elegance of the room.
Kitchen Make-Over
The original Kitchen had dark cabinetry and heavy granite tops. Our client in Frenchman’s Reserve wanted a more lighter updated look. White painted cabinetry, light quartz countertops with glass backsplash and new glass pendant lighting opened up this area.
Kitchen Update
This kitchen was destroyed by fire. “Based on Dawn’s recommendations, the Kitchen transformed from a 90’s traditional style to a stunning new look.” Eileen from BallenIsles loved it!

Powder Room Makeover
This St. George homeowner had a heavy traditional style room with padded fabric walls. We modernized the powder room by using an espresso and chrome vanity cabinetry and decorative mirror.
